Yes, all our curtains and blinds are custom-made based on your window measurements and selected fabrics. This ensures a perfect fit and tailored result for each space.
Q: Do you offer blackout curtains?
Yes. We offer both blackout fabrics and blackout lining options. Full blackout performance also depends on track placement and overlap — our team will advise during the planning process.
Q: Can I choose my own fabrics?
Yes. You can browse our full range of fabric samples in person at our showroom. We also offer fabric recommendations based on your space, lighting needs, and design style.
Q: Do you offer zebra blinds / day and night blinds?
Yes, we offer zebra blinds as part of our blind systems. These provide both privacy and light-filtering functions and are available in manual and motorised options.
Q: Can I supply my own fabric?
No, we’re not able to work with any fabrics other than ours.
Q: Can I see fabric samples?
Yes! You can see fabric swatches at our showroom at 24 Keong Saik Road. We’ll do you one better – you’ll be able to experience full-sized curtains and blinds in a real setting; see how different fabrics drape and filter light; and try out our motorized and smart systems for yourself. It’s the best way to explore your options with confidence and clarity.
Q: How do I choose between curtains and blinds?
That depends on your space, style preferences, and practical needs. Curtains offer a softer, more elegant look and are great for adding warmth, especially in bedrooms or living areas. They’re especially ideal for light blockage.
Blinds, on the other hand, are sleek, space-saving, and easy to maintain — making them a popular choice for smaller rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. They often offer more precise light control and are often preferred for a clean, modern aesthetic.

Q: How do I choose between fabrics, especially when matching day and night curtains?
Start by considering the overall design and mood of your room – your curtains should complement the aesthetic.
When matching day and night curtains, aim for contrast in texture and tone, but keep them visually harmonious. Usually, we advise clients to choose their night curtain first as it’s more dominant; and then select a day curtain that balances it.

Q: Do you offer measurement and installation services?
Yes. Our team provides on-site measurements and professional installation for all products purchased from us.
Q: How long does installation take?
Most installations take 1–3 hours, depending on the number of rooms and products. Motorised systems may take longer if electrical connection or app setup is required.
Q: Can I install the curtain tracks or blinds myself?
We do not recommend self-installation. Our products are custom-cut and often require exact alignment and proper mounting for safety and performance. Installation by our team is strongly encouraged.
Q: Do you install curtains or blinds purchased elsewhere?
No. We only install systems supplied by us, as we are unable to guarantee the quality, compatibility, or condition of external products.
Motorisation & Smart Control
Q: What kinds of motorised systems do you offer?
Generally, we can work with any type of motorized or smart curtain systems – and, to a more limited extent, most roller shade systems. As a sister brand to HomeSmart.sg, we’ve made the integration of Aqara curtain and shade systems our core strength, with deep hardware and software expertise.
Q: Are your motorised systems compatible with smart homes?
Yes. Most of our motors are compatible with smart platforms such as Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa. Compatibility varies by model – we’ll advise you accordingly.
Q: Do I need a power point near the window?
Yes. Most motorised systems require 230V power near the window.
Q: Do you help with app setup?
Yes, app setup and smart home integration is available as an add-on paid service. We’ll walk you through the setup or handle it for you during installation.
Q: Can I upgrade to motorisation later?
Generally, no. Non-motorised tracks and tubes cannot support motorisation – they will require a whole new set of motorised hardware.
Pricing & Payments
Q: How much do curtains or blinds cost?
Pricing varies depending on dimensions, fabric choice, and system type (manual vs motorised). We’ll provide a detailed quotation after understanding your requirements and taking measurements.
Q: Do you charge for site measurements?
In most cases, measurements are free if they lead to an order. A fee may apply for standalone site visits or distant locations – this will be communicated upfront.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card payments. For online purchases, credit card payment is processed via Stripe.
Q: Do you offer instalment plans?
At this time, we do not offer instalment plans. Full payment is due upon confirmation or before installation, depending on project size.
Warranty & Returns
Q: Is there a warranty on curtains and blinds?
Yes. We provide warranty coverage for tracks, motors, and blinds hardware. Fabric is not covered under warranty due to the nature of textile wear and fading. Full details are in our Warranty Terms and Conditions.
Q: Can I return a custom-made product?
No. All curtains, blinds, and motorised systems are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Q: What if something breaks after installation?
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the affected item. For non-warranty service or damage caused by misuse, we offer paid repair and replacement services.

Q: Do you have a showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is located at 24 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089131, and is shared with our sister brand HomeSmart. It features working displays of curtains, blinds, and smart systems.
Q: Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours, but we recommend making an appointment to ensure someone is available for personalised guidance.

You’ll be able to see different curtain systems, motorised blind setups, fabric samples, and smart integrations. Our team will assist you with product advice and design recommendations.
