Warranty & Repairs

If you believe your product is faulty and still under warranty:

  1. Send us an email or WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where possible.
  2. Our team will assess and respond within 1–2 working days.

On-Site Support

For issues that require a technician visit:

  • Support for installation faults (within 6-month workmanship warranty) is free of charge.
  • For out-of-warranty or unrelated issues, an on-site fee of $90 per trip may apply.
  • If no installation fault is found onsite, the same on-site fee will be chargeable to the customer.
