I. Introduction & Scope

This website is operated by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PFE Technologies Pte Ltd. By accessing our website or purchasing from us (whether online or offline), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the site or use any services. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

II. General Website Use

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have legal consent to use this site.
  • You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to:
    • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
    • Use the website to violate laws or infringe on intellectual property rights.
    • Submit false or misleading information.
    • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any prohibited use.
  • Third-party links on this site are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

III. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • For custom or manual orders, refer to the quotation, proforma invoice, or tax invoice to confirm currency and tax inclusion.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual products.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel any order.
    • Limit quantities per person, household, or order.
    • Correct pricing or typographical errors without notice.
    • Change product images and specifications at any time without notice.
  • Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account details.
  • Online payments are securely processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not record or retain any credit card information.

IV. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Deliveries

  • Delivery is available within Singapore.
  • As curtains are custom-fabricated, delivery options and times will be discussed during the sales process.

Inspection

  • Customers must inspect goods on delivery.
  • Report discrepancies or damage within 5 business days.
  • If not discrepancies or damage is reported within 5 business days, the order will be deemed complete.

Returns & Refunds

  • As curtains and blinds are custom-fabricated, we generally do not accept returns.
  • We do not offer refunds, except in special circumstances at the sole discretion of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd. In the event of a refund, a refund/cancellation fee may be charged, depending on method of payment. Generally, this refund charge will be around 4% of your order total.

V. Warranty & Limitations

  • All products are covered by warranty as stated in our separate Warranty Terms and Conditions.
  • We make no other warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in that document.

VI. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

  • We may provide access to third-party tools and services “as is” without warranties.
  • Use of such tools is at your discretion and risk.
  • We are not liable for issues or damages resulting from third-party content, tools, or links.

VII. Privacy & Personal Data

Your submission of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

VIII. Terms and Conditions of Sale

General

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of GST.
  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars.
  • For all other orders, please refer to the quotation, proforma invoice, or tax invoice to ascertain the currency and if taxes are included in pricing.
  • Any product images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product.
  • We reserve the right to change product images and specifications at any time without notice.
  • All quotations automatically expire 14 calendar days after the date issued.
  • All prices are exclusive of installation, app setup, and configurations, unless explicitly stated.
  • Credit card payments on our website are processed by Stripe. We do not record nor retain any credit card information.

Operations and Stocks

  • We do not guarantee that all items are in stock, even if it is displayed as “in stock” on our online store.
  • We only work on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Your order will not be processed during our off-days.
  • In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will get in touch with the user to:
    • Cancel or amend the order, and
    • Take any other necessary actions such as issuing store credits.

IX. Terms and Conditions of Products

Curtains Tracks and Vertical Blind Tracks (Manual and Motorised)

  • Curtain tracks are custom-fabricated and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Track lengths may vary within a tolerance of ±3 cm due to fabrication.
  • Mounting hardware is included but may not suit all surfaces; additional anchoring may be required.
  • Bay windows or corners may result in gaps or limitations in track coverage.
  • Curtain motors require AC 230V power supply.
  • Motors are supplied with bare Live, Neutral, and Earth wires; plugs are not included.
  • Power must be available at the time of installation for full testing.
  • Improper use may void warranty.

Fabrics, Slats & Materials

  • Fabric selections (including sheer, dimout, and blackout types) are made-to-order and cut specifically for your project; as such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Colour accuracy may vary slightly due to screen displays and fabric batch variations. Minor differences in dye lots or textures are considered acceptable within industry standards.
  • All fabric selections should be confirmed with physical swatches prior to finalisation. We are not responsible for mismatch or dissatisfaction due to decisions made without swatch approval.
  • Natural fabric characteristics such as weave irregularities, slubs, or slight colour shifts are not defects.
  • For slatted window coverings (e.g. Venetian blinds):
    • Wood and faux-wood slats may exhibit grain variation or tone inconsistencies.
    • Warping may occur over time due to heat, humidity, or improper use.
    • Aluminium slats may dent if handled forcefully; such damage is not covered under warranty.
  • We reserve the right to substitute fabrics or slats with equivalent alternatives in the event of discontinuation or supply issues. Customers will be informed prior to substitution.

Blind Hardware (Manual and Motorised)

  • All blinds are fabricated to custom dimensions. As such, all blind hardware (including roller tubes, cassette boxes, brackets, and operating mechanisms) are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered or fabricated.
  • Fabrication tolerances of ±3 mm in width and up to ±5 mm in drop are acceptable due to material and hardware limitations.
  • Mounting brackets are provided and suitable for standard ceiling or wall applications. Additional anchors or specialty hardware may be required for certain surfaces (e.g., tiles, steel, or concrete), which are not included by default.
  • Manual blinds typically use beaded chains or spring systems. Beaded chains are supplied in standard lengths and may require adjustment on-site.
  • Motorised blinds require power – typically 230V AC (as stated per product). Ensure power is available at the mounting location.
  • Motorised blinds may not be suitable for extremely narrow or wide window spans.
  • Bay windows or unusually angled walls may result in coverage limitations or gaps.
  • Compatibility: Compatibility with third-party automation platforms is not guaranteed beyond what is stated in official product documentation.

Smart Home Integrations

  • Smart accessories (e.g., remotes, switches) are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
  • App configuration or linking to smart systems is not included unless quoted.
  • Third-party platform compatibility is not guaranteed beyond the integrated smart home brand’s ecosystem.
  • Other hardware, such as hubs, may be required for integration.
  • Smart home products and integrations are generally provided by our sister brand, HomeSmart.sg, which is also a part of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd. In these cases, the terms and conditions from HomeSmart.sg would apply.

X. Terms and Conditions of Services

General – Services

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of jobs with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a rescheduling fee of $80.00.

Service – Curtain Installation

  • Curtain installation does not include electrical works, unless otherwise stated.
  • Power must be provided for our installers to test that the curtain system works well electrically.
  • If no power sockets are available in the vicinity of the curtain motor, our installers will only conduct a manual test of the curtain tracks.
  • By default, curtain installation does not include setting up of apps, controls, configurations, or linking of wireless switches and buttons.

App Setup and Configuration

  • Configuration of smart devices can only be done after internet connectivity and wifi has been established.
  • If quoted, app setup and configuration only includes smart devices in quote. Other devices not in the quote is chargeable separately at $50 per unit.
  • In the event that configuration cannot be completed due to any circumstances (e.g. no internet, no wifi, no power), there will be no refund for installation or configuration set up fees.
  • Additional devices and configuration after work completion will be charged accordingly via subsequent invoices.
  • App setup does not include setting up of devices that are hidden, including but not limited to LED Strip Modules hidden in carpentry or false ceilings that are generally inaccessible or only accessible by height.

Support

  • Support on app settings and updates will be done remotely through WhatsApp, emails, or phone calls. Additional charges for onsite support applies at $90 per trip.

XI. Liability

  • Unless otherwise provided, PFE Technologies Pte Ltd makes no other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • To the extent permitted by law, PFE Technologies Pte Ltd ‘s total liability to you arising under or in connection with this transaction, whether arising in contract or in tort (including negligence), shall be limited to the Purchase Price under the sales quotation or sales contract, whichever is lower.
  • Subject to the cap stated in the previous clause, PFE Technologies Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs and expenses directly or indirectly suffered by you (including but without limitation to, loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue or loss of contracts incurred, whether anticipated or actual, or any special indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever) or any action, claims and proceedings taken against Buyer by any third party or parties in connection with, incidental to and consequential upon the purchase, operation and use of the products, including but without limitation to, any losses and damages resulting from the interruption or failure in the operation of the products.
  • PFE Technologies Pte Ltd will not, under any circumstances, be held liable, accountable, or responsible for any loss or injury to a person or loss or damage to property or any incidental, contingent, special or any direct or indirect loss and consequential damages occurring from the use of its products.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, and graphics, is protected by copyright and is the property of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission. For more information, please refer to our Copyright Policy.

XIII. Legal Boilerplate

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PFE Technologies Pte Ltd from any claims or damages due to your breach of these terms or applicable laws.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid and enforceable.

Termination

These terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access for violations.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement and supersede all prior versions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
